Last week, we had five intense days during the Bootcamp, with all selected citizen science initiatives (csi) from our 1st Open Call. More than 60 participants joined every day our online sessions. A Bootcamp serves as a training ground to acquire diverse skills and foundational knowledge, enabling a common starting point. Topics covered included impact assessment, communications, policy engagement, and data management. The selected csis are finalizing their work plans to officially join the IMPETUS accelerator, which is scheduled to commence in mid-June.
Coordinated by our Science for Change partners, we are truly grateful to all speakers, mentors and citizen science project leaders!
